How To Manifest Your Desires


how to manifestThere are many techniques, strategies, programs, books, meditations out there that will tell you how to manifest your desires. And a lot of them speak the truth. A lot of people find that the first book they read inspires them, but it doesn’t change their life. That is because reading one book, one time won’t change anything. We are dealing with your sub-conscious, vibration, your mind. It will take repeated reading of books, of listening to cd’s, of going to seminars to completely change your paradigm in your sub-conscious. Or you could just read one book over and over again and do the same thing, if the information in there was accurate. Why is this? Learning how to manifest isn’t a trick, it is a lifestyle. You need to surround yourself with like minded people and learn from them. Surround yourself with all this information and study it often, just by doing this, and implementing the ideas, you will become successful in any area of your life. I want to share with you a few basics when it comes to manifesting your desires.

1)  Desire

This is the starting point of learning how to manifest your desires. Having a true desire is a must if your are just starting on this new journey. This new journey of yours, depending on what it is, might be a bit bumpy, and you will need something to keep you going. And that thing is your desire. Your desire will make sure that no matter how many times you fall you will get up one more time. Another important thing you need to do with your desire is to become emotionally involved with your desire. Allow it to light a fire within you. You will be scared, fear will come and go at the beginning, but when you think about your desire and how much you want it, fear will disappear because you know that you will reach your goal. So make sure you have a true desire to keep you pushing through.

2) Get into the State Of Allowing

There is always a flow of abundance flowing to, and through you. When you become sick, stressed, angry it is showing you the flow is blocked, or has a kink somewhere. When you get into the state of allowing, this energy flows through you effortlessly. You can receive so much. How to manifest an abundance of all that you desire? Well when you are in this state , your vibration is high, you are happy, you are enjoying life. You respond instead of reacting to situations, and you are looking for the good in everything. A great way of getting into the state of allowing is gratitude. Gratitude is so powerful, and Rhonda Bryns does a fantastic job explaining the power and use of gratitude in her book “The Magic“. Try giving thanks for things you already have, that you might take for granted. This might include heat, hot water, internet, your bed, clothes, you name it. Give so much love and gratitude for the things you do have. The next thing you can do it give gratitude to the things you desire. Give thanks for them coming to you, and look forward to their arrival.

3)Expectation

Expect to receive an abundance. This is so, so crucial when you trying to manifest your desires. If you ask or desire something, without expecting to receive it, you are just wishing and hoping. And that won’t bring your desire to you. You need to expect it to come. Only then will your connection and attraction be strong, and it will move forward to come into physical form, and into your life. A great exercise for increasing your expectation is “acting as if”. Acting as if means, acting as your already have it. If it is new clothes you want, make room for them in your closet. If it is a new computer, go out shopping and start looking at different computers and find which one you want. You will either receive the money, or something will come into your life so you will have that new computer of your choice. I have even heard of someone wanting their soul mate to come into their life. So she would actually sleep on one side of the bed, as if he was lying next to her. She would put out another place setting as if he was eating with her. You need to “act as if”. Remember the sub-conscious doesn’t know what is real or imagination. So quite literally, your thoughts become reality. Another thing I want to mention about expectation is that when you truly expect and know something will come into your life, you will have no space for fear, doubt and worry, which all slow down the process. Expectation is key with manifestation.

4)Visualization

Visualization is a great technique to use, but you must be careful, because it can backfire. If you visualize your desire, but are feeling any sort of negative emotion while doing so (stress,worry,doubt) then you are attaching a negative feeling to your desire. This does not work. And quite usually the thing you don’t want will happen because your feelings come from your sub-conscious, which means there is an under-lying thought, or belief in your mind that doesn’t believe that you can receive or manifest your desire. So avoid this at all times, especially when you a just learning how to manifest, because it can discourage you. But keep going even if you do! And on the other hand visualizing is amazing. And it really helps to quicken the process. Want you want to do is quiet your mind. Sit for a few minutes and just focus on your breathing. Next start to think about what you want. And make sure you are thinking about your already in possession of what you want (this is very important). This makes your sub-conscious think this is in the present, which makes the attraction and connection stronger. So go into detail, if it is a new house you want, create the whole house. How many stories, what colour are the walls, how many bedrooms, do you want a soaker or a jet tub, what is your yard like? Create everything and go into detail as much as you can. This is important while learning how to manifest, and what makes visualizing so strong. Attach a positive feeling to it. When you are thinking about all of this, feel good. Feel really good. Imagine actually having everything you want. If you want to travel, maybe go to a nice beach, feel the warmth from the sun, feel the hot sand on your feet. Feel everything. This will make it seem to real, even you consciously will have a hard time telling the difference, never mind your sub-conscious! Do this for around 30 minutes a day if possible. You do not want to spend too much time visualizing, because that would be spending too much time away from the “now” which we will talk about next. And again, visualizing can really help you while your learn how to manifest your desires.*Try creating a vision board. A vision board is simply a board, paper, or some sort of area where you put up pictures, words, anything visual that shows your desires. It could be pictures of money, places you want to travel, the perfect job, the perfect partner, affirmations , absolutely anything you want! This is YOUR space. This helps trigger positive emotions/vibrations when you see it and puts you in a high state of mind. Seeing your desires also helps change your limitations/beliefs in your sub-conscious mind.*

5)Living In The Now

Living in the now means being happy now, acting now, noticing how you are feeling now. It means being fully present. When you catch yourself day dreaming, your actually catching part of your spirit/energy off in the future. That’s okay, but call it back and if it was a positive thought, bring that great feeling back to the now. Basically what the “now” means is that you no longer have the past, there is nothing you can do about it, and the future has yet to come, so there is no point of worrying about it because it could change at anytime. All you will ever have is the “now”. You can remember the past and think fondly of it. And you can eagerly look forward to the future, but if that is all you do, then you miss out on living. If you want more money, and think it will make you happy, it won’t. UNLESS you are happy now. Yes money can allow you to do things that will make you happy, and buy you things that can make you happy, and allow you to have more free time. But if you can’t be happy without it, you may have a hard time being happy with it. And on an attracting level, you attract very strongly when you are centered, grounded and completely aware of how you are feeling in the current moment.

6) New Self-Image, New Results

If you are reading this, most likely you want to change the results that you have been getting. And a lot of people get into a horrible cycle, of looking at their results, and then thinking that they are those results. So then their thoughts aren’t very good, which makes them feel not so good, which then makes them act not as efficiently, and guess what, the same ole results show up. Now it is important to take a look at the results you have been getting, and reflect on them. So you can decide if you want to change them or not, and why you want to change them. But once you do that, you need to originate new thoughts. You need to create a new self-image. To do this, write down who you want to be, and what you want to have in your life. Read this every day. And feel so grateful that you are becoming this new person. You will soon realize that you start to feel way better about yourself, you are doing things that make you feel good, and make others feel good. You start to produce new results. In other words, you just put the “manifest” in “how to manifest”.

7)Meditation

This was something I overlooked. I thought I would make more money (a desire of mine) by being busy, so why would a sit and do nothing for 15-30 minutes? Well I found out that sometimes doing “nothing” is better than being “busy”. This world is so fast paced. And it is getting faster. It has never been more important to slow down, and take some deep breaths. By quieting our mind, we can really start to listen to ourselves. Our Higher Self will actually guide us, and start to lead us in the direction of our desires. Learning how to manifest in this way is really effective, and accurate because it is a part of you. With no ego or any judgement to clutter it’s thoughts. Meditation is very important to manifest your desires.

8)Affirmations & Self Hypnosis

I am a big fan of affirmations. I say them in the morning, throughout the day, and before I go to sleep. I feel saying affirmations in the morning is quite important, and effective because it sets you off in a great mood throughout the day. If you an affirmation everyday, and really feel it throughout your whole being as you say it, it will start to make an imprint on your sub-conscious mind. When this happens it starts to manifest in the physical. An example of an affirmation, and one that I use is ” I am so happy and grateful now that money comes to me easily, and in increasing quantities, from multiple sources on a continuous bases.”  Affirmations work really well to manifest your desires. If you apply self hypnosis to affirmations, you will see changes much, much quicker. Basically you will be sending the affirmations straight to the subconscious mind, avoiding the conscious mind. You can start changing your paradigm or subconscious blueprint right away. This is very powerful.

 

And if you fail to do any of those, just feel good and be happy! Honestly, being happy and grateful for all that you have is one of the most important, if not the most important thing you can do. You will attract an abundance of great things into your life if you can feel grateful and happy every day, always look for the good and you will always see good. That is how to manifest ALL of your desires!
