In everything that we want to improve ourselves in, we realize that we need to do some sort of training or practice in order for us to get better. This would go for weight lifting to learning how to play the piano. So it’s no different for those who want to learn law of attraction exercises in order to gain more control over their personal lives. Just like learning that piano or lifting those weights, with law of attraction you need to practice as well.

There are a variety of different law of attraction exercises you can do but some of the most important ones would be the writing exercises. When you do writing exercises combined with meditations you are combining two of the most practical techniques when it comes to the law of attraction. By taking pen to paper and clarifying your goals and then adding layers of different details as you work with these goals is a great exercise in which you can learn to take control.

There is discipline when it comes to the writing exercises and it’s being very careful in defining what it is that you really and truly want in life. A lot of energy is used when we think about these things as well as the same amount of energy can be used upon thinking about the things we don’t want and that’s where we need to be careful. Don’t use too much of your energy on the things you don’t want.

The first thing you need to do in these kinds of law of attraction exercises is to make your desires list. You might want to entitle it your “I Intend to Have” list and then just go for it! What you need to do is to sit down and just write down each and every little thing you can possibly think of that you want and then put it on this list. Don’t worry about be crazy or wild, in fact the wilder the better. This process is going to loosen your thinking process up and will give you a very big canvas in which you can work with to project your true desires.

Once you have this list read it out loud each night before going to sleep and every morning when you wake up. This is very important that you do this as part of the law of attraction exercises because it builds confidence in yourself. When you build confidence in yourself others will feed off of that confidence. Always try and act as if the things on your list are already true, by doing this you will find it far easier to achieve those goals on your list.

You also will want to consider creating a desires list as well. This is where you write down what you feel is the perfect day for you. This needs to be extremely detailed in description and don’t leave out any detail, no matter how small or unimportant you might think it is. If you thought of it, it can’t really be all that unimportant. Include everything from where you’d like to sleep to where you’d like to be dining at in the evening. Remember, this would be the perfect or ideal day. Once you have that list you can go through it and edit the list each day until you can actually reach the goal of that perfect day.

If you can learn to use the many different law of attraction exercises that are available and learn how they can help you to control what goes on in your life personally and professionally, you will soon be able to achieve far more than you ever thought possible. However, it’s important to remember that you really need to perform these and many other exercises on a faithful basis, just like any other type of exercise or practice in order for you to benefit from any of it.
